July 15, 2021 – 1st Choice Savings and Credit Union (1st Choice) never stops looking for new ways to make banking simpler, smarter, and better. That is why we are excited to announce the launch of an innovative digital banking platform and mobile app that makes banking a convenient, intuitive, and seamless experience with every log in, and every transaction. This new experience, which is built on Celero Xpress™ digital banking platform, powered by ebankIT, went live on July 6th with over 65% of active users successfully onboarding within the first week. In a time where there is an urgency for expanded digital and remote banking, this digital advancement project was crucial in ensuring that we put our members’ financial wellbeing first.
The digital transformation includes a new website with improved visuals and functionality, a digital banking site that allows members to monitor and complete all their personal and business transactions, and a new and improved mobile app with personalization options. We have also upgraded our security enhancements features, which include two-factor authentication, secure messaging, and account alerts to provide an added layer of security for members. With the new enhancements and customization features, our members can personalize their digital experience to suit their financial goals and lifestyle.
