Richard is a seasoned technology senior executive with more than 30 years of business and IT experience across a broad spectrum of industries, bringing a wealth of knowledge and leadership to Celero. He contributes a strong business technology leadership vision and expertise, driving Celero’s strategic projects to completion while further enhancing credit union partnerships. Before joining Celero, Richard provided strategic IT transformation and cybersecurity consulting services to business through his company and has previously held senior leadership roles with several iconic Canadian companies. Richard holds an MBA with a major in Information Technology management from Athabasca University, and a BBA from the University of New Brunswick.
Tom Papagiannopoulos has helped position Celero to become a key player in the Canadian financial technology sector since joining Celero in 2011. Tom provides leadership for a wide range of services to our clients and staff nationally. His role is focused on overseeing Celero’s business units, which includes managed services, network and hosting services, cloud, core and digital banking, integration, payments and fintech. His executive education includes CEO education from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a designation from the Institute of Corporate Directors; he also holds a BA from the University of Winnipeg.
Mark brings over 20 years of finance, accounting, budgeting and forecasting experience to Celero. He joined Celero in 2015 and has contributed his expertise in finance to align business processes, identify opportunities and drive decisions aligned with our corporate strategy. He is responsible for managing key functions in Celero, including human resources, finance, project management, cyber security, privacy and compliance and procurement. He also has previous experience leading a large team to deliver results in an operations management role. Mark has a Bachelor of Administration in Accounting and Business/Management from the University of Regina and has a Chartered Accountant Designation from the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Alberta and Saskatchewan.
Leanne drives enhancements to our clients’ overall experience with Celero, while leading business development, digital transformation consultancy, marketing and sales strategy, events and front-line customer service. Joining Celero in 2017, Leanne has been pivotal in strengthening Celero’s relationships with credit union clients, partners and vendors, while also effectively positioning Celero to deliver on its product strategy and roadmap. Throughout her career, Leanne has held increasingly senior leadership roles in technology services organizations. She holds an MBA from the University of Western Ontario and Business Administration Finance Diploma from Northern Institute of Technology.
Leanne leads business development, product, marketing and communications for Celero, driving strategic direction on our banking and omnichannel solutions and services, and content direction, while managing critical relationships with our clients, partners and vendors. Leanne’s thoughtful approach to managing complex issues has strengthened our relationships across the system and enable our clients to achieve their digital ambitions.
Focused on the managed services, cards and payments aspect of Celero’s business, Kristen is responsible for client management and strategic planning for our portfolio of managed services, including our digital member experience and rewards platform, Aura. Her unwavering focus on our clients’ needs has contributed to innovative strategies and new approaches to technology solutions.
Tracy brings an incredible depth of knowledge and expertise on core banking. With her strategic mindset and problem-solving ability, she has led 175 core banking conversions and conversion-mergers for Celero’s clients, and is known for her humour, mentorship and straightforwardness in managing complex initiatives.
Mohsin is responsible for oversight and profit and loss responsibility for Celero’s Managed Services, Hosting, Network, and Security Lines of Business, in addition to operational responsibility for EndPoint Operations, Cloud Services, and Procurement. His passion and vision for the future of Celero’s infrastructure has strengthened our future roadmap.
Kevin brings a deep understanding of architecture principles that help shape the discovery, implementation and governance of complex architectural patterns. Kevin has been with Celero since November 2017, and is responsible for defining the strategies, roadmaps and plans for Celero’s technology architecture, and provides technology governance to the Celero ecosystem, ensuring its cohesion.
