May 13, 2021Lakeland Credit Union (LCU) is at the forefront of enhancing their members’ online experience with their new online banking and website transformation. This May 4th launch included a more modern and user-friendly website, a versatile online banking system and customizable Android/iPhone apps.

‘Our members will find numerous enhancements to their previous online banking capabilities with this new platform,’ says John Peters, LCU’s Chief Executive Officer. ‘We were very fortunate to work co-operatively with other credit unions that migrated prior to Lakeland – their experiences contributed significantly to our successful launch.’

The online banking platform was created with member experience at the forefront. Lakeland worked in collaboration with Celero, a Canadian solutions integrator, and ebankIT, a global digital banking software developer to launch the Celero Xpress™ digital banking platform.
