June 24, 2021 – Entegra Credit Union (Entegra) is proud to announce the successful launch of their new website and digital banking platform. The new platform went live on June 8, 2021, with over 75% of active users successfully onboarding within the first week.
The transformation in digital banking includes a brand-new responsively designed website along with an innovative online banking platform and mobile app. The website boasts a modern, clean design and focuses on ease of navigation, while the digital banking platform offers all the same daily banking features Entegra members have come to know and love, along with some new additions. Security enhancements such as One Time Passcodes, secure messaging, and account alerts provide an added layer of security for members. New features like favourite transactions and online account opening will simplify day-to-day tasks.

Collaboration was essential when developing this new member solution. Entegra created an internal project team, which included several employees from across the organization, to ensure they considered all aspects of the member journey during every step of this project. In addition, Entegra worked closely with Celero, a Canadian solutions integrator, and ebankIT, a software company with a proprietary leading omnichannel digital banking platform, on the development of their new digital banking solution.
