Lloydminster, Sask. Synergy Credit Union is excited to announce the successful launch of its new website and digital banking platform. The new experience went live on March 16 and members are enjoying the new features and services.
The new website was designed for our members and visitors with appealing, clean visuals, quick search functionality, and most importantly, information to help them connect with experts while learning about ways to aid in their financial wellness journey. The new digital banking platform provides an easy-to-navigate, secure, personalized modern banking design for members to complete their day-to-day banking tasks. Members have onboarded quickly and Synergy’s Member Contact Centre has nearly returned to normal call volume levels.
“The feedback to date has been overwhelmingly positive as more of our members visit and onboard every day,” said Synergy CEO Glenn Stang. “We want to thank our members for joining us on this digital evolution journey.”
The platform was created with member experience at the forefront. Synergy worked in collaboration with Celero, a Canadian solutions integrator, and ebankIT, a global digital banking software developer.
