Connect First Credit Union (Connect First) has chosen Celero’s business analytics solution to gain data-driven insights that deepen their understanding of members and enable them to deliver a highly-personalized service experience.
Using predictive analytics, Celero’s business analytics solution delivers real-time insights about member behaviors and actions, which Connect First is accessing to identify unmet member needs and garner new insight into their experiences.
“We have a high standard for member experience at Connect First; to deliver on our promise of exceptional service, we knew we had to go beyond understanding transactional experiences, and seek more profound insights about our members,” says Sandi Kaye, Chief Financial Officer of Connect First.
“We were looking for an analytics solution to support our business transformation strategy delivery and strength our member relationships. We chose Celero’s solution as it offers a consolidated view of our data with advanced analytics capabilities, it integrates with future digital solutions, and most importantly, because Celero continues to grow and evolve it, adding to the depth and capability of the solution,” Kaye added.
Collaboration enables early delivery
Starting in October 2019, Celero and Connect First worked closely on the approach and implementation, which resulted in the solution being integrated into Connect First almost a month early.
“From the onset of the project, we valued Connect First’s partnership and commitment as we finalized the implementation strategy and worked through the nuances of the implementation, to ensure we delivered ahead of our plan,” says Ritesh Andley, Celero’s Product Manager, Fintech.
Sandi Kaye agrees, saying that being able to successfully complete the implementation early propelled their transformation strategy forward and has enabled them to start considering how their newly derived member insights can improve operations and services.
Benefitting the Celero business analytics community
Connect First is already seeing the benefits of their business analytics solution, but it’s also benefitting the larger credit union community. That’s because with each implementation, Celero uses the insights and new use cases to continuously improve and evolve the solution, which is available to all business analytics clients.
With the Connect First implementation, Andley says that they explored some innovative ideas about how to use their data to support member-facing activities. Those ideas, which include dormancy risk and member household data, will now be integrated into Celero’s broader solution to serve the entire Celero business analytics community.
