December 7, 2021 – Celero is excited to announce the addition of security services from Fiserv as part of our Celero Protex™ suite of solutions.
Fiserv, a leading global provider of financial services technology solutions, is providing Celero and our clients with real-time security intelligence through robust SIEM solutions along with digital risk protection services and cyber security advisory services.
These capabilities are part of CyberProtectSM from Fiserv, which incorporates technology from next-generation cyber security company BlueVoyant, and brings key enhancements to Celero’s cyber security solutions through fully managed infrastructure with 24/7 security operation centres, advanced threat intelligence and hands-on access to data.
“Our selection of Fiserv was driven by our focus on improving our clients’ overall security posture – positioning them to manage the threats that face them today and enable them to prepare for the cyber landscape of the future,” says Mohsin Syed, Vice President, Cloud and Technology Services, Celero.
Collaboration advances security protections for credit unions
As credit unions face an increasingly complex cyber security landscape, Celero Protex Managed SIEM Services will give them access to advanced cyber security capabilities and expert support to help them understand, manage and mitigate the growing cyber threats that the Canadian financial services industry is facing.
“Our cyber security services are designed to advance cyber protections for organizations of all sizes. And our collaboration with Celero can help Canadian credit unions achieve the same degree of protection that large financial enterprises have,” says Rob Palin, general manager, Canada, Fiserv.
The SIEM solution is available now, and Celero is also planning pilots with two clients – 1st Choice Savings and Credit Union in Alberta and North Peace Credit Union in B.C, which will occur in the first quarter of 2022.
