Celero offering security and phishing awareness solutions to credit unions through KnowBe4 partnership

As part of our commitment to provide innovative security solutions that enable credit unions to safeguard their organizations, Celero is proud to announce we are now an authorized partner with KnowBe4, a global leader in security awareness training solutions.

Through this partnership, KnowBe4’s Enterprise Awareness Training Program will be offered to credit unions as part of our Celero Protex™ suite of security solutions. This award-winning program offers impactful employee training and integrated tools that will increase organizations’ overall security preparedness and improve employees’ cyber behaviour.

“KnowBe4’s expertise and innovative platform is a welcome addition to our Celero Protex offering as we bring forward relevant solutions that build resiliency and security for credit unions. This program will increase credit union employees’ ability to thwart and report hacking attempts, ultimately strengthening our clients’ last line of defense against ever-increasing cyber threats,” says Mohsin Syed, General Manager, Managed Services, Celero.

“This is a very exciting partnership for KnowBe4, and we look forward to working with Celero to deliver our security awareness training and simulated phishing platform to even more organizations across Canada,” said Tony Jennings, SVP of global channel sales, KnowBe4. “As the only partner of Celero’s in our particular space, this provides us with endless new opportunities to help organizations better manage the ongoing problem of social engineering. This is only the beginning of a mutually beneficial relationship that will have positive channel outcomes for both organizations.”

Proven cyber security education program
KnowBe4 is the provider of the world’s largest security awareness training and simulated phishing platform, which is used by over 35,000 organizations around the world. The online program enables credit unions to improve employees’ preparedness, test their knowledge by mimicking convincing phishing attacks and take corrective actions with employees who need additional training.

“Celero has experienced the benefits of this program firsthand as we’ve delivered our own employee security awareness through KnowBe4’s platform for the last four years. During this time, we’ve streamlined the delivery of our training and realized steady and impactful improvements in employees’ preparedness to block phishing attempts, further strengthening our security culture,” Syed adds.
